Sales: Prices are for the wholesale trade only. All purchases are C.O.D. unless prior credit has been arranged. Accounts not paid on or before 30 days after invoice date will be charged interest at 1.5% per month, plus collection costs if any. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Guarantee: All stock is guaranteed to be true to name and variety under which it is sold. No other guarantee is expressed or implied.

Claims: Shortages and damages must be claimed at the time of delivery on our document. We will not be responsible for more than the purchase price.

Delivery: We can arrange delivery for a nominal fee. Minimum sales amounts may be necessary for this service.
